A commercial cut-vinyl shop in Spokane

JZAC Designs cuts commercial lettering and graphics from premium 3M cast vinyl. USDOT and MC compliance marking, truck and van door lettering, fleet graphics, trailer lettering, storefront and window lettering, boat registration numbers and names, and aircraft N-numbers.

We install in Spokane, Spokane Valley and North Idaho. Everywhere else in the country, the same work ships free as a self-apply kit.

Built to repeat

Most of our work is fleet work, and fleet work only counts if truck nine looks exactly like truck one. So we run it like production, not like a craft project:

• We keep your production file. Add a truck in two years and it matches the ones already on the road. No redraw, no drift, no "close enough".
• One material standard. Premium 3M commercial cast vinyl on every commercial job. Cast film does not shrink, crack or chalk out the way calendared film does after two Inland Northwest winters.
• Proof before production. Every job gets a to-scale layout you approve in writing. Nothing goes on the machine until you say yes.
• Consistent output at volume. Ten trucks or a hundred doors, cut to the same spec, packed and labelled per unit.
• Published pricing. The numbers are on the product pages. You are not waiting three days to find out what a door costs.

What we do not do

We do not print. No printed wraps, no full-colour printed graphics, no banners. Everything we make is solid-colour die-cut vinyl, which is why it holds up and why the edges stay down. If a job genuinely needs print, we will tell you rather than sell you something we are not the right shop for.

How a job runs

1. Order online, or text a photo of the door, window or transom to 509-720-8239.
2. We prepare your proof — to scale, on your actual surface, with your exact wording and numbers confirmed.
3. You approve it. Nothing is cut before approval.
4. We cut it from 3M commercial cast vinyl.
5. We ship your kit free, or we install it in Spokane, Spokane Valley or North Idaho.

Warranty

Installed by JZAC: up to 7 years of workmanship coverage on eligible installations we perform, subject to material, surface, environmental, care and application conditions.

Self-apply kits: material coverage only. Because we do not control surface preparation or application, customer installation and workmanship are not covered.

Either way, if we cut it wrong or the film is defective, we recut it at our cost. Full commercial terms.

Design and prototyping
