All custom and made-to-order items are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and current production volume.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping typically takes 1–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

Custom Orders
Custom-designed or engineered parts may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be provided during the order confirmation process.

Shipping Rates
Most items are Free shipping. Otherwise Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery location.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided via email 

Delays
Jzac Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JZacDesigns is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can assist with filing a claim through the shipping carrier.

International Shipping
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
