2. We prepare your proof. We email within one business day to confirm your legal or operating name, USDOT number and MC number, then send a to-scale layout.
3. You approve it. Nothing goes on the machine before you say yes.
4. We cut your graphics from 3M commercial cast vinyl.
5. We ship your kit free, or schedule your install in Spokane, Spokane Valley or North Idaho.

Why this set is $127 and not $99

The cheap national sellers are selling a different product. Here is what you are actually buying:

• Premium 3M commercial cast vinyl — cast film does not shrink, crack or chalk out the way calendared film does after two Inland Northwest winters.
• Both sides of the power unit, cut as a matched set.
• Pre-spaced and transfer-taped — the whole marking lifts on and lands square. You are not aligning loose letters on a dirty door.
• Your numbers verified with you in writing before anything is cut.
• 3 inch letters as standard, not the 2 inch minimum, because 2 inch letters on a working truck are exactly what an inspector writes up.
• Free nationwide shipping. The price on screen is the price you pay.

DOT compliant, both sides, done right

Cut to meet 49 CFR 390.21 (verified June 2026): legal or operating name plus the USDOT number on both sides of the power unit, in a colour that sharply contrasts with the background, legible from 50 feet in daylight while the vehicle is stationary. Add NOT FOR HIRE if you also run the truck personally. Washington intrastate carriers may need a WUTC number displayed — tell us and we lay it out with the rest.

• USDOT number — and MC number if you run under one
• Colour (white and black are standard; any 3M cast colour available)
• A photo of the door if you have one — it helps us size the layout

Warranty

Installed by JZAC: up to 7 years of workmanship coverage on eligible installations we perform, subject to material, surface, environmental, care and application conditions.

Self-apply kits: material coverage only. Because we do not control surface preparation or application, customer installation and workmanship are not covered.

Either way, if we cut it wrong or the film is defective, we remake it.

Custom product returns

This set is cut to your company name and your numbers, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind once the approved artwork has been cut.
