How are the size and layout confirmed?
Send the approximate available door width or a photo if you have one. We use your details to prepare a to-scale layout for approval.
Check the spelling, numbers, dimensions and color on your proof. Nothing is cut until you approve it.
The final letter size depends on the layout and available space; it is confirmed in your proof. Choose a color that contrasts clearly with the truck surface.
When will my order arrive?
Paid orders placed before noon Pacific on a business day receive a same-day proof.
Most kits ship the same business day after proof approval. Late approvals, larger orders and complex layouts can take longer. Production timing starts when you approve your proof.
Standard shipping typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier delivery times are estimates. Shipping is free to all 50 states.
What if something is wrong, or I need to cancel?
If our finished lettering does not match your approved proof, or the film is defective, we remake the affected lettering at our cost. Contact us promptly and follow the reporting periods in our refund policy.
Self-apply kits carry material coverage. Customer surface preparation, application and installation workmanship are not covered.
Before you approve your proof, changes or cancellation are available at no charge. Once approved custom artwork has been cut, it cannot be returned for a change of mind.
