Experimental Aircraft Compliance Kit

Registration marks in the size that applies to your airframe, the EXPERIMENTAL word marking cut between two and six inches high in a color that contrasts with the background, and the passenger-warning and cockpit placards for an amateur-built aircraft. All cut from 3M cast vinyl, pre-masked and taped in position so each piece goes on as one unit.

Tell us the airframe, the builder's designation, and where your DAR wants the EXPERIMENTAL marking placed. We lay the whole kit out to that, not to a template.

You get a to-scale layout proof to approve. Nothing goes on the machine until you say yes.

If JZAC vinyl fails because of a defect in the material or a JZAC installation, we replace it. Self-apply customer installation workmanship is not covered, because we do not control surface preparation or application.

Either way, if we cut it wrong, the film is defective, or it arrives damaged in transit, we recut and reship it at our cost.

Everything here is cut to your specification, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind once approved artwork has been cut. Nothing is cut until you approve your proof — if we make a mistake, we fix it. Call or text 509-720-8239.
