What each truck receives
All four, on both front doors, every truck: USDOT number, MC / operating-authority number where the carrier holds one, legal company name as filed on the MCS-150, and phone number.
Cut cast vinyl, pre-spaced and transfer-taped as one lift per door, bagged and labelled per unit, with a one-page apply sheet. Sized and spaced to 49 CFR 390.21 — readable at 50 feet in daylight. Artwork is drawn once, approved once, and kept on file under your DOT number, so a replacement later is a reorder rather than a redesign.

Before we cut
Ten or more vehicles requires a written fleet quote defining the vehicle count, content, saved artwork, batch schedule and production timing. Nothing is cut until you approve a to-scale proof. Ships free to all 50 states.
Warranty
Self-apply kits carry material coverage only. Because we do not control surface preparation or application, customer installation and workmanship are not covered. If we cut it wrong, the film is defective, or it arrives damaged in transit, we recut and reship at our cost.
