What $195 covers: a starting package of up to 10 unique IDs, including schedule/spreadsheet handling and one project proof. Larger projects are quoted from your approved proof at volume pricing — 25–49 IDs $315 · 50–99 $475 · 100–249 $725 · 250+ $1,450. Reflective, metallic and second-color options are quoted on top.
NFPA 99 medical-gas identification provisions can require more than the room/area wording alone. Depending on the applicable edition, device and existing label assembly, the complete identification can include the gas or vacuum system identity, required color coding, area served or monitored, valve/alarm/source information, and other facility-specific data.

Important — not a standalone NFPA 99 label by default
A one-color AREA SERVED or AREA MONITORED overlay is only the customer-data portion of the identification when the existing assembly already provides the other required gas/system identity, color coding, and label elements.
JZAC Designs does not represent a plain black/white vinyl overlay as a complete standalone NFPA 99 identification label unless the facility, medical-gas contractor, engineer, inspector, or AHJ confirms that the complete installed assembly satisfies the applicable requirement.
If the complete required identification needs gas-specific colors, a rigid substrate, engraved panel, OEM label, warning field, permanent plaque, or another construction beyond direct-applied cut vinyl, we will treat that as a different product rather than claim the overlay alone is sufficient.

We do not market these overlays as “NFPA approved,” “Joint Commission approved,” “CMS approved,” or inspection-certified.
Proof-Match Guarantee: if JZAC Designs manufactures an item that does not match the approved proof because of our production error, we recut the affected material at no charge.
