What happens after you order
- Order, or text us a photo of the vehicle — 509-720-8239.
- We prepare your proof. We contact you within one business day to confirm the wording, logo and colours, then send a to-scale layout on your vehicle.
- You approve it. Nothing goes on the machine before you say yes.
- We cut your graphics from 3M commercial cast vinyl.
- We schedule your install — your yard, your jobsite, or our shop in Spokane Valley. A two-door set takes about 45 minutes; a full side is a half day.

- Company name exactly as it should appear, phone, and website or service line if the job includes one
- Logo file if the job includes one — vector preferred; we can trace a clean PNG or JPEG for a small cleanup fee
- Vehicle colour and a photo of each side we are lettering

Add-ons
Prepping the application area is included. Old vinyl removal, damaged surfaces and travel outside our service area are add-ons — quoted in person at the inspection, before any work starts. NOT FOR HIRE lettering can be added to any install for $45. Reflective film adds 40%; metallic or chrome adds 50%; a second colour, shadow or outline adds $75 minimum.
Running more than one truck
See Fleet Lettering — Installed for 2, 3, 4 and 5+ trucks. We keep your production file, so truck nine matches truck one exactly.
Warranty
Up to 7 years of workmanship coverage on eligible installations we perform, subject to material, surface, environmental, care and application conditions. If JZAC vinyl fails because of a defect in the material or a JZAC installation, we replace it.
Custom product returns
Everything here is cut to your wording and your vehicle, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind once the approved artwork has been cut. That is why we send a to-scale proof first. If we make a mistake, we fix it at our cost — call or text 509-720-8239.
